Not a budgeting app.

Hearth is a wealth management tool for individuals and families. It keeps every account, property and income stream on one page, shows what your money earns as active and passive income, compares your return with a benchmark, and tells you whether that income covers your monthly expenses.

See what your money earns, and whether it covers your life.

Hearth splits income into active and passive, compares your annualised return with a benchmark, and shows whether income covers your monthly expenses.

How it works

  1. Add

Add each account once. Quotes, home values and Treasury rates update on their own.

  2. Snapshot

Once a month, enter the balances that do not update themselves. It takes a few minutes.

  3. Read

Open one page: net worth, return against a benchmark, income against expenses.

Built for the whole household.

Invite your partner or parents by email. Everyone sees the same page; only the owner changes settings. No shared spreadsheet, no screenshots.

Your numbers stay yours.

  • No bank logins. Hearth never asks for a bank password.
  • Public market data only: quotes, home valuations, Treasury rates. Everything else you enter yourself.
  • Each household's data is isolated by row-level security; only its members can read it.

Questions

Is Hearth a budgeting app?

No. Budgeting apps track transactions. Hearth tracks what you own, what it earns and whether that income covers your expenses. You can use both.

Which accounts can I track?

Salary, 401(k), Roth IRA, brokerage, bonds, savings, CDs, your home and rental property. Stocks get live quotes, homes get monthly valuations, bonds and cash use current rates.

Does Hearth connect to my bank?

No. Hearth never asks for bank credentials. Balances you enter yourself; prices, valuations and rates come from public market data.

Can my family use it together?

Yes. A household has one owner and any number of members, invited by email. Everyone sees the same page; only the owner changes settings.

Do I need an invite code?

Yes, while Hearth is in private beta. Sign-up asks for the code of an existing household.
